4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

A refund will be initiated to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your product was purchased during a sale or discount, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the offer price paid.
5. Replacement Policy
If the same product is available, you can choose a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements will be processed once the returned item passes quality inspection.
6. Order Cancellations

Once shipped, orders can only be cancelled by following the return process after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@getyourgadgets.com.
We will resolve your issue with a free replacement or full refund, based on the situation.
