  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

    • 3–7 business days for major cities

    • 7–10 business days for other locations

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier partner.

Note: During festivals, holidays, or special sale events, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number

  • A link to track your package in real time via our courier partner’s website

You can also check your order status anytime in your GetYourGadgets account dashboard.


4. Delivery Charges

5. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

    We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Change in Delivery Address

If you wish to modify your shipping address:

  • Contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.
